Right spot to celebrate - Sydney Morning Herald

The global construction and property consultancy Rider Levett Bucknall celebrated its first anniversary as a global practice on Wednesday 25th June at the Opera House, which was fitting given the firm was originally engaged in the building's construction in 1959. More recently the company managed the Facilities Management (FM) Exemplar Project, initiated by the Federal Government's FM Action Agenda, which developed a management plan for the building.

With origins dating back over 220 years, the Rider Levett Bucknall global practice was set up last June in response to growing globalisation and increased client requirements. Previously known locally as Rider Hunt, the partnering with Levett & Bailey (Asia) and Bucknall Austin (Europe) has provided the company with a global reach.
