Rider Levett Bucknall Employee Involved with 5th Annual Concerts For Kids Benefit

DENVER, COLORADO, 24 June 2008 - Rider Levett Bucknall, a leading property and construction cost consultancy firm, was inspired by its role as Cost Manager in the design and construction process of the new Children's Hospital at the Fitzsimmons campus in Aurora, Colorado, to become actively involved in 5th Annual Concerts For Kids Benefit, an event which raises monies for The Children's Hospital and other local children's health and education charitable organizations.

Martha Little, Marketing Coordinator of Rider Levett Bucknall's Denver office, spent personal time Friday, June 6th volunteering at the event, which featured local favorites, the Rocky Mountain Children's Choir and International headliners John Legend and Jewel. "The atmosphere was amazing," Little said. "Having as much fun as the other volunteers and I had manning the cotton candy machine while listening to the entertainment, you can easily forget what you are there for. But a lot of good that comes out of an event like this and an organization like the Concerts For Kids - I'm proud to be involved!"

Founded in 2004 by Christie and Walter Isenberg, Concerts For Kids produces events targeted to adult audiences, with the vision of enriching the lives of children by raising much-needed funds for local children's health and education through entertainment. They believe children are entitled to the best healthcare available and a quality education. To this end, Concerts For Kids partners with local and national organizations such as The Denver Public Schools Foundation, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and The Children's Hospital Foundation.

Rider Levett Bucknall recognizes the importance of balancing the interests of all its key stakeholders ― customers, shareholders, employees, suppliers, the communities in which it does business and society at large. Rider Levett Bucknall supports organizations local to their markets and encourages its employees to become actively involved in the communities in which they live and work.

Little firmly believes in giving back to society. She says, "For me, it's personally rewarding to give back whether it be fundraising or volunteering. It's definitely nice to know that I work for a firm that supports and genuinely values the efforts its staff members make in bettering their communities."
